Biceps Preacher Curls / Olympic Bar



Biceps Preacher Curls Starting Position

  1. First, sit in the Preacher Curl bench.

  2. Grasp the Olympic bar using an underhand grip (your palms should be facing upward), with your hands shoulder width apart.

  3. Your arm are extended (do not lock your elbows) as your triceps are resting over the angled surface of the preacher bench.

Biceps Preacher Curls Exercise Technique

  • To initiate the movement, flex your elbows and curl the bard upward toward your shoulders.

  • Your triceps should always stay in contact with the surface of the preacher bar.

  • Then you lower the bar back to the original position, and repeat until the desired amount of repetitions is completed.
