Cable Kickback



Cable Kickback Starting Position

  1. Attach an ankle strap to the low cable pulley.

  2. Facing the pulley, slip the left ankle into the strap and take two steps backward.

  3. Grasp the support bar with both hands to stabilize your torso throughout the entire movement.

Cable Kickback Exercise Technique

  • Keep your supporting leg slightly flexed; slowly kick your left leg back from your hips.

  • Hold this contracted position for a moment, and then return your foot to the starting position.

  • Repeat the movement until the number of desired repetitions is completed.

  • Reverse body position and repeat with your other leg.
