Forearm Exercises


Wrist Curls (Olympic Bar) - Wrist Curls are a great forearm workout from a number of variations for forearm exercises. This forearm exercise stresses the flexor muscles on the insides of your forearms. Get those big forearm muscles that you want with Wrist Curls.

Wrist Extensions (Olympic Bar) - This is an excellent forearm exercise if you want to work the extensor muscles on the outsides of your forearms, try doing wrist extensions with your palms facing downwards. This forearm workout is a little bit more difficult than wrist curls.

One-Arm Wrist Curls (Dumbbell) - One-Arm Wrist Curls are an great forearm workout that isolate and develops the forearms. This is a variation of Wrist Curls that allows you to isolate one forearm at a time.

Reverse Preacher Bench Barbell Curls - The purpose of the Reverse Preacher is to develop the flexor muscles of the forearm. This is a real power forearm exercise for the forearm flexors, and you can go for the heaviest possible weight.
