Hack Squats



Hack Squats Starting Position

  1. Position your body on the hack squat machine with your trapezius muscles under the shoulder pads, and back pressed firmly against the back rest.

  2. Your feet placed on the angle foot rest, with heels approximately 8 inches apart, and toes angles slightly outward.

Hack Squats Exercise Technique

  • Slowly bend at your knees bringing your torso down towards your heels.

  • When your knees are lowered to an approximate 90-degree angle, push upward to return to the staring position.

  • Repeat until the number of desired repetitions is completed.
