Incline Seated Dumbbell Curls Starting Position

  1. Lie down on an incline bench with your back pressed firmly against the padding and your feet flat on the floor.

  2. Hang your arms down at the sides, holding the dumbbells with an underhand grip (palms facing upward).

Incline Seated Dumbbell Curls Exercise Technique

  • Slowly curl your right dumbbell toward your right shoulder.

  • When maximum biceps contraction occurs, slowly lower your dumbbell to the starting position.

  • Continue alternating your right and left arms until the desired number of repetitions is completed.
