Overhead Rope Triceps Extensions Starting Position
- Attach the rope to a pulley.
- Stand with your back facing the pulley machine.
- Your feet are staggered (one leg in front of the other), forward foot is placed flat on the floor, and your back foot is flexed with only the ball of your foot touching the ground.
- Grasp the rope with an overhand grip (palms facing each other), and bend slightly forward at your waist.
- In the starting position, your upper arms follow your ear line.
- Your elbows are completely flexed and the rope is behind your neck.
Overhead Rope Triceps Extensions Exercise Technique
- Initiate the movement by slowly extending the lower part of your arms.
- Hold the fully extended position for a moment.
- Slowly bring your arms back to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement until the number of desired repetitions is completed.
- Remember bending only occurs at your elbows. Your upper arms remain motionless.
