Seated Front Dumbbell Press



Seated Front Dumbbell Press Starting Position

  1. Grasp two Dumbbells using an overhand grip, and sit down on an upright bench.

  2. Lift the dumbbells to your shoulder level.

  3. Rotate your palms so they are facing forward.

Seated Front Dumbbell Press Exercise Technique

  • Slowly push the dumbbells directly upward until they touch each other at straight arm's length, and slowly return the dumbbells to the original starting position.

  • Remember to never lock your elbows at the top of the exercise movement.

  • Slowly lower the dumbbells to the original starting position and repeat the movement until the desired number of repetitions is completed while keeping the movement fluent, slow, and controlled.
