Standing Dumbbell Curls



Standing Dumbbell Curls Starting Position

  1. First you grasp the dumbbells using an under hand grip (palms facing forward).

  2. Stand with your back erect, your knees slightly bent, and your feet shoulder-width apart throughout the entire movement.

  3. Your arms are fully extended and the dumbbells are hanging straight down at your sides.

Standing Dumbbell Curls Exercise Technique

  • You initiate the movement by flexing at your elbow, curling the left dumbbell up toward your shoulder.

  • The dumbbell is then slowly lowered to the starting position, and the movement repeated with the left arm.

  • Then, continue alternating until the desired number of repetitions is completed.
