Triceps Dips Between Benches Starting Position

  1. Stand between two flat benches that are approximately 3 feet apart (varies depending on the size of the person).

  2. Place your hands on the edge of the bench (shoulder width apart), and feet with heels on the other bench.

  3. Extend your arms completely and hold this position.

Triceps Dips Between Benches Exercise Technique

  • Initiate the movement by slowly bending your arms until your body is lowered between the benches.

  • Slowly push back up to the starting position by straightening your arms, and repeat the movement until the desired number of repetitions is completed.
