Triceps Pressdowns



Triceps Pressdowns Starting Position

  1. Attach the angle bar to the overhead pulley.

  2. Keep your knees slightly bent, back erect, and feet shoulder-width apart.

  3. Facing the overhead pulley, grasp the angled bar using an overhand grip.

  4. Pull the bar down far enough to allow the upper arms to rest against the side of the torso.

  5. Your elbows should be fixed.

Triceps Pressdowns Exercise Technique

  • Moving only your lower arms, slowly press down on the bar until your arms are fully extended.

  • Hold the extended position for a moment and then resist as your lower return to the starting position.

  • Repeat the movement until the desired number of repetitions is completed.
